- Company principals must have at least 1-year industry experience
- The company must provide 3 trade references

Tax Exemption Form
The EPA has strict regulations on the purchase of Freon and products that can hold refrigerants. Any product that requires "hooking up" and is charged with gas, like a unit or furnace is covered under the EPA regulations. Because of these regulations, Air Cold Supply requires an EPA authorization form for each company before they can purchase Air Cold's full line of HVAC products.
