Most distributors take warranty parts but make a contractor wait until the warranty has been processed to get their money or credit back. Here at Air Cold Supply, we give you your warranty credit right away. No waiting 6 to 8 weeks.
But to ensure that we can continue to provide this service, Air Cold Supply has a few simple guidelines to help Air Cold in working with the manufacturer.
1. Write legibly.
This sounds silly, but when the forms get written quickly, it often takes months not weeks to process because the words must be deciphered.
2. Fill out the whole form.
If you don't have all the information filled in, someone at Air Cold will have to call you at a later date to get the complete information. This includes complete addresses.
3. Read the forms.
At the bottom or on the back of the warranty form is written which copy goes to which destination. Please take the time to send the right colored form to the right place.
4. Keep Air Cold Supply Claim tags in your office/truck
Attach a claim tag the same day you know the part needs to be warranted. Product can easily get mixed up. Keep claim tags on hand to keep confusion down.
Manufacturer warranty forms and Air Cold Supply Claim tags can be picked up at any Air Cold Supply store.
